The Special Event is the industry’s premier tradeshow and conference for event professionals. This luncheon, designed for event professionals with 10+ years in the industry, was a unique opportunity for seasoned professionals to network and share ideas for business growth. As the presenting sponsor, we worked with local and national vendors to coordinate and execute the entertainment, décor, and a custom menu for event attendees.
Guest speaker, Marine Corps Infantry Officer Eric McElvenny, demonstrated how the unexpected can force you to adapt to the plan and find the best alternative in his presentation “Leading the Way Through the S#%! Storm.”
The Special Event 2004 Opening Night Party
When Primedia Publications brought The Special Event to Las Vegas, Technisch Creative’s parent corporation, Imagine Enterprises International provided coordination and technical direction for the Opening Night Party, an event with over 2500 attendees, 250 entertainers, 300 workers, and a value of over $1.5 million. The event broke attendance records and provided extraordinary sponsor recognition, as well as many showcase opportunities for the companies involved.
We worked with multiple designers and event professionals to create a dream-like experience for over 2500 attendees. The MGM Theme Park was converted for the night into 8 different dream areas…from scary to sweet, rich to extremely bizarre. By utilizing our network of talented professionals, we created an unforgettable experience for the attendees.
Technisch Creative has provided continuous technical support to Sparrow Hospital on programs ranging from continued education to a press conference announcing the partnership Mayo Clinic. Working with multiple departments in many different venues, Technisch Creative has helped the hospital be consistent with the quality of presentation.
Built in 1938, The Knapp’s Centre Building in Lansing, MI, was once a five-story department store before the building went vacant for many years. The historic Art Deco building was redeveloped by the Eyde Company into a mixed-use facility for restaurants, office suites, and urban lofts. We were very excited to see this building restored as a local landmark, and be a part of the grand opening celebration by providing décor and lighting.
